I possess the actual builder's plaque off of a WW1-era (launched before WW1, but participated during WW1) battleship/dreadnought and would love to find a way to place a value upon it. It was scrapped as part of the Washington Naval Treaty.
Obviously this is rare- from what I understand only the original ship's china and silver service items still exist.
Are there any experts that I can turn to?
