Yesterdays Finds from Crusaders Barley Stubble Field.

Crusader kindly invited me to one of his fields yesterday :icon_thumleft:

I wasn't too worried about finding loads, it was just nice to get out detecting for the first time in months. I spent just under 9 hours walking up and down getting burnt to a crisp and had to leave Cru on the field because my legs just couldn't take another run :P

Best find for me was the 1st century Roman brooch

The buttons are good & the Lead Token was a nice one :hello2:

The Fibula was a great find for that field, a real surprise.

Just checked the lane, the eagle has landed :wink:

That's cos shaun, Colin and I go out dig up all the good stuff first, then hide it. Trouble is, we have a few beers to celebrate, then forget where we hid it :icon_scratch:
