IRS Sued for Stealing Medical Records of 10,000,000 People
The hits just keep on coming. Even while Obama is trying to put a lid on the three major scandals that have come out in the open recently, a new scandal shows exactly what happens when you have out-of-control thugs ruling over peaceful people: corruption.
The IRS is now being sued for stealing 60,000,000 medical records of 10,000,000 people. Remember, the IRS is the group that is set to enforce Obamacare. They also are openly admitting that they’ve targeted conservative and libertarian groups in the past. Feel*comfortable* Me neither. They want you scared and intimidated.
Medical records were stolen that had nothing to do with a criminal, civil, or tax investigation. There was no warrant, no court order –just theft. This was illegal, and people need to go to jail. Not just fired — they must be punished.
Forbes explains what the theft was regarding:
“The medical records included information on psychological counseling, gynecological counseling, sexual and drug treatment, and other sensitive medical treatment data, the suit alleges. A copy of the legal complaint can be purchased*here*for $35… ‘This is an action involving the corruption and abuse of power by several Internal Revenue Service agents,’ the complaint reads.”
Was this part of a criminal investigation? Something to do with a civil investigation? Something to do with taxes? Absolutely not. Just pure theft.
Attorney Robert Barnes explains:
“No search warrant authorized the seizure of these records; no subpoena authorized the seizure of these records; none of the 10,000,000 Americans were under any kind of known criminal or civil investigation and their medical records had no relevance whatsoever to the IRS search.”
As a friend told me yesterday, “I no longer recognize my country.”
We’re not under attack from politicians. We’ve been fully conquered. It’s just that some people are just starting to wake up. What we do over the next decade will decide if we’ll ever get to experience actual liberty.
