Your wife sends you out to get diapers and you come back with $960 in halfs and 2 new coin (or diaper) bags.

Oh if I came back without the diapers and a bunch of coins, my wife would pop a vein in her head for sure.

I own a cabinet shop, the other day I was mad cause I didnt have enuff cash to go CRH, or order material, was more upset over not having enuff to go get a few thousand dollars in halves.

When you participate in a CRH forum with a bunch of folks that "Want to Beat Bankers" LOL

When your commute home keeps changing because you haven't checked out the banks in another town yet.

Here are a few more.

When you adjust your work\sleep schedule so that your work schedule has less overlap with the available banking hours. :)

Or this variant:
When you wish your work schedule would quit getting in the way of your CRH schedule.

When you take a vacation day from work so you can do CRH road trip. (Still in the planning phase. ;D )

When you feel the need to keep a log of when you have last been to each bank, so you don't visit a bank too frequently (and become a pest), or forget to visit a bank for too long (and miss out on something).

When you print a yahoo map with all the banks in the zip code.

Hmmm, can this actually be done? :o

I actually suffer from many of the symptoms listed here. I'm sick! :P

Oh yeah....
Just put a zip code in under "City, State or Zip Code" and hit enter.
Then type banks in the box that says "Find on the Map"
Hit enter.....

Thanks TXTIM, I'll try that!

This is even better it lists banks by state and then city.

Cyberdan, I'm already hooked on this webstie. LOL I've written down a 3 page list of banks in different cities that I plan on visiting soon. I think I might take a drive tomorrow and see if I can find all of the banks listed. Oh boy a new adventure awaits! ;D

I copied and pasted all the cities in a 5 mile radius into a word document and then I arranged them by the major street name they are on and then I arranged them by address number. Did that make sense? Here is a copy of where I will probably by hitting tomorrow morning.

Bank of America 4100 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92835
Wells Fargo Bank 2239 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92835
Bank of America 2121 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92632
Washington Mutual Bank 1235 N Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92632
Union Bank of California 911 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92832
Bank of America 401 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92632
Citibank (West) 320 North Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92832
Farmers & Merchants Bank of L. B. 315 N. Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832
Washington Mutual Bank 101 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92805
Wells Fargo Bank 222 S Harbor Blvd, Anaheim, CA 92805
Bank of America 300 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92805
Fireside Bank 300 South Harbor, Suite 100, Anaheim, CA 92805
Washington Mutual Bank 1107 South Harbor Boulevard, Fullerton, CA 92632
Bank of America 2260 South Harbor Boulevard, Anaheim, CA 92802

Now if these banks start telling me someone just got all their halves I know where my competition is. ;D

I usually try to visit my regular banks about once every 3 weeks to 2 months depending on what I last got/usually get at that bank and how much time I have. Though some banks I see more frequently and some less.

One of the branches I used to visit approached me about my CRHing at their branch and told me they would need to start charging me unless I didn't do it as often there. When I asked how often was acceptable to her, she said "Maybe once a month", so I now use that as a guideline though I am quite sure some branches are more lenient than others.

Note: I have 19 on my regular/semi-regular visit list and a few more that are dump banks (branches) that I see less often since they are farther away, but usually use them only to bring in larger volumes of coins (2 or more bags at a time = 4+ boxes of rejects).

.... you have a day off from work but are climbing the walls bscause you are snowed/iced in and can't get to the bank to get your CRH fix! :'(

Huntin' 59er

when you find some great coins and all you can think about is 'What will my subject line be?' when I post my finds to TreasureNet tonight!

WHEN ITS PRESIDENTS DAY AND YOUR MAD THE BANKS ARE CLOSED.

WHEN YOU SLAM ON YOUR BRAKES AND ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE $1000 IN HALVES COMING THROUGH THE BACK SEAT FROM THE TRUNK.

WHEN YOUR PLAYING A VIDEO PS2 GAME W/YOUR 5 YEAR OLD(FLUSHED AWAY) AND THERE IS A COIN IN THE GAME AND YOU CAN SEE THE DATE 1882 AND THE WORD ELIZABETH ON IT AND ARE WONDERING HOW MUCH THAT CARTOON GRAPHIC COIN WOULD BE WORTH.

The rear end of your car sags because of the boxes of half dollars in the trunk.

and none of it is in the car's garbage bag.

Also at what point does cleaning you car become a CRH activity.

I cleaned my car sunday and picked up 4 loose halfs (none silver) :P

You sit through a stop light going from Red to Green to Red because you were distracted going through those old looking Half dollar rolls you just got from the bank

Your idea of a good Christmas gift is a box of halves.
