I've been collecting for over fifty years. Have a "nice hoard".
Been keeping a record of what I find in halves since 12/10.
Always look for the coins with no FG on the back.
The 1972D, 1973, and the 1982P's. Also the 1974D DDO.
Have found a few of the 1982's.
Just the last three weeks I've found three of the 1972D's.
The last one, yesterdays search, had a black line on the edge,
meaning is wasn't silver, so I don't want it.
I do. May not be worth a whole lot, but it's worth more than face value.

Thanks for sharing! I know it is hard to judge, but is it possible to give us an idea on how uncommon these errors are?
