Was just wondering what everyones oldest coin roll find has been? I have hunted rolls over the years and for the pennies, My oldest was an 1875 Indian Cent.(found back in 1990) 2nd oldest was a 1905. As far as nickels, oldest was a 1929 Buffalo and others had no dates. Should start on dimes, quarters and halves for the silver. Happy CRHing

1890 Indian Head. Found last week as well.

I think it was an 1845 large cent this year.
I don't know if that is the oldest but it is the most recent one.

Nice finds everyone!! You hit the jackpot Jimmy! Three Morgans and 2 Peace Dollars. Great Job! It just goes to show that you never know whats in rolls until you open them up. A few times over the years I got solid rolls of wheat cents. Some wrappers said on them "Wheaties 1940 and up" and 1 wrapper had a year date of 1978 written on it. I am now in search of my 3rd Indian cent in rolls. Happy CRHing!!

I think mine has to be the teller I saw the other day. I'm not saying she was the oldest teller I've ever met, but I had to chuckle when her name plate did say "EVE"
