Folks, Back to back gold rings.....

Folks,

I've had a bit of luck lately.....last 2 urban green space hunts and managed gold both times....probably never happened before in 20 years or so of detecting.....but I'll take it while lady luck smiles on me...lol...

Thursday at a sports field in a nearby city managed a kids 22k gold ring with a Russian inscription.....and today at a nearby sports field a small 14k woman's diamond ring with 3 small stones.....

WOW! Both are very fine rings! The one with diamonds resembles my mom's engagement ring from way back in 1930's, maybe yours is of same vintage.

You may be right about the vintage.....it was down about 6" and the park is probably circa 1940 or so which
would fit that era.

A fellow of Russian descent on the Canadian forum said it was in old Russian and it says "Lord, Rescue and Safe"...probably a good luck ring given to a child.
