1751 KG11, Jersey Copper, Cloth seal, and more

Little afternoon hunt to old faithful, This place has never let me down!!
I have had about 5 different guys from T,net come with me to this place over the last year, and it keeps putting out..
Not the kind of place you just walk and swing, it takes alot of patience, and listening, just wiggle the coil there is so much iron. .
Not the kind of place for a newbie. Lol.
There has been about 30coppers, lots of silver, from my cut 4reale ,capped bust silver, seated, and old dudes 1804 shilling come out of a 30 by 100 foot area amazing. .There is still ton of targets there..
Anyway just wanted to put that out there, a great spot is never hunted out, just need patients. .lol.
Well enjoy the picks..
Ps dont know what they were trying to do to that poor old jersey copper ??
I can just make out the shield on it.

lol, its weird that the great finds George made got lost in all the back n forth stuff lol!!!

Great finds Vino. Very interesting on the size of the area producing. My club had a hunt a couple of weeks ago and came up with 37 coppers from the 1690's to the 1780's and the all came from a small area, maybe 50x60. I also hunt another area that has produced over 70 coppers from an area about 40x70. I think many of these concentrated sites are the result of a small buried cache. People may have died before they could retrieve them. One of my sites that only had a few state coppers and the majority KGII could have been buried before or during the revolution. Owner could have been killed in the war or was a loyalist and got thrown off his land when the war was over. Always interesting to speculate how these concentrations of early coins occur. How about a better pic of the NJ?

Actually it will work the other way because people who would have otherwise not viewed will have their interest peaked when seeing the multiple pages. No one has to read through all the posts, just open the thread to see the finds, and then click reply if they choose to. So I don't see a negative to all the back and forth as far as it taking away from the finds. Plus things only need to get serious if Abe actually starts finding good stuff.
