Found this today along the edge of an old site that I thought was hunted Out.

Does it have "one half dollar" lettered on its edge? Some of those old ones have edge lettering. Beautiful coin in amazing shape!

Thanks for the heads up. It does have edge lettering. I will try to clean it up a bit to read it.

No way rough shape. That half is in great shape! LIBERTY bold in headband. I would say that coin was lost early in her life. Great find!

Found it with the quest x10 pro. The farmer had just worked the field and it was only 2 inches deep.
