1913 Ozona high school medal

Being a gluten for punishment I went back to the street tear-out. Spent two hours digging several pull tabs, screw tops and assorted trash. Then hit a nickel long shot signal at the base of the exposed wall of dirt where they removed the curb. The ground is SUPER dry here so I had to hack it apart to recover this. I am surprised that I not only did I not chop it to pieces digging it out but that’s it’s not corroded, encrusted or patinated. Does not appear to be silver. Acid tested, Got a black streak
