1990P Dime off center (slightly)

In this week's dimes I picked up a 1990P that is only slightly off center. These worth anything? To show how slightly it is...you can hardly see it in this picture. It is thicker near the "In" by "In God We Trust" and thinner on the opposite site near FDR's bald spot.

It's worth 10 cents. I pass over dozens of dimes off center that much. Probably only worth something if the design is cut off in some significant way.

I figured as much....it fell out of one of the rolls, that's the only reason I noticed it.
