2014 Lincoln Cent, Struck Through Die Cap??

I found this 2014 Lincoln at the beach tonight. It looks like the sand and salt did some damage, but I was looking at the upper area of the obverse and noticed something funny going on beyond beach damage. Possible struck through die cap? Any input is appreciated!
