You've been doing good with your half boxes lately...with a good ratio of 90% to 40%. Hope u can keep getting more good boxes like those.

Picked up six boxes of halves today between two branches, found a Roosie in the teller's tray at one branch: 1964.

These boxes don't look promising. Two are cube-style boxes that never give up anything, the other four are stamped with an inspection date of "Dec. 19, 2013". I've been getting a lot of these date-stamped boxes and I've only found two 40%ers out of all of them.

Dismal week.

Sorry MM, hope your next run is better! So which box gave up the 40, the cube or one of the others? HH, Maverick.

Well, this week is starting off better than last.

Picked up two boxes of halves + $250 in CWR of halves + $15 in loose halves. Skunked on the CWR, but found two 40%ers in the loose:

1967
1969

Also picked up a box of dimes, it gave up three keepers:

1941D Mercury
1954 Roosie
1963D Roosie

I will be searching the two boxes of halves tonight. They are Brinks cube-style boxes, not the usual cubes that I get. The wrappers in these boxes say "Brinks" on the side. These are my first ever Brinks half dollars boxes, I'm hoping they are good.

Looks like we're both starting the month off good today. I got a box of halves today myself and so far I've found a '44 Walker and three 40%ers in just the first 10 rolls. Congrats on the nice dime box and good luck with your Brinks boxes!

That's pretty good. I'd say 6 silver halves and 3 silver dimes including a Merc is a good day of hunting and a good start for the month!

Hope u have another good March this year!

H$H!
