Yep, time to get out of your yard and find more productive ground.
 

That doll torso/head is a neat discovery. Those are fragile and usually didn’t survive.

Nah This country girl does not go in the cold . Anything above 40 is fair game.

Folks tell me to rebury it. Nothing good will come of keeping it. I do do voodoo so I'm keeping it.
 

Those are some nice finds, but you hit the nail on the head. In order to continue to find more, you are going to have to venture outside of your own yard. Don't lose motivation, just do some research and find the old places and you will continue to find old items.

Okey dokey. In that context, I believe I'd have returned it to the exact spot from whence it came.

If there are other older properties in the area, you might check into getting permission to detect there. I've no idea where you're located, but I'm sure there are areas nearby where you can find some goodies. :icon_thumright:
