24x36 oil painting by Dalhart windberg or fake..

Signature is not in red but the W is not like they were trying to copy..like 2 L's side by side..has some hairline cracks from some age in the sky portion of the painting...I just don't understand the tacky gold frame..and it almost looks like a very faint 5 under Sig... ..

I'm in no way qualified to say its real or not but there's a pretty big difference in the signature so if it were mine I would say it's a fake unless proven otherwise. Nice painting and use of light like what he is known for though.
