Hello Everyone,
It sure felt good to get out and go detecting yesterday. No pressure to push to get more wheats/silver to increase my counts before the year end. I decided to head out to one of our old Barrio parks. Jon(goldenapples) met me around mid-day. The ground was super-saturated, and the signals were popping up everywhere, in the same areas my buddies and I have pounded to death countless times last year. I think we did a very good job at finding all the silver there; there wasn't one to be found yesterday. I did manage some good finds. My first semi-key penny was an '08 S Indian Head. Better than a merc or rosie anyday. I probably will never forget finding this since it is the 100-year anniversary of this coin. I also found two more semi-keys, a '10S and an '11S. I ended the day with over 30 wheats. Glad you could make it out there yesterday, Jon. Let's do it again tomorrow.
The 3 silvers were from my 1st hunt of the year last week.
Get out and find something Good!!

I have been busy with my girlfriend and "job-related" stuff.
Out of all the treasure hunters on this site, you really have the innate ability to find wilver!
