405 grams Sterling for $2

I picked up this Gorham Sterling serving dish along with a few pieces of silver plate at a local thrift store. This was $1.99 and weighs 405 grams.

Fortunately, I had my 30X loupe in my pocket! I couldn't see "sterling" without it.

I use my phone camera and zoom in. Still have not found silver though. Great find.
