Well done on the ring recovery and your extra effort to return it. Virtue is it's own reward, but a little gold in the scoop would just be a blessing for your honorable character. Great PR for our hobby.
Sadly, in my neck of the woods two people are digging huge holes at this local swim park and will probably get all detectors kicked out of the swim park. I've only met one of them one time and wish I could run into them and politely ask them to fill in their holes. Just because they are in the water doesn't mean they shouldn't fill in their holes. They are using PI detectors and I've already got blamed for one of their deep holes by the dock.
My eyes are playing tricks on me again. When I saw the black and white shirt, I thought they had you on the chain gang.
