Who are you thinking was the depositor on this location and vertical or a horizontal vault location.
These are ancient vault locations along a river corridor that have been looted out and redistributed by spanish or similiar group. There are several locations I have found over the years, there are mining areas high up the mountain sides with huge markers you can see from the river, but down lower alongthe river are the vaults.
In this particular location there are many large crude ancient markers, including a large turtle just up the hillside a few hundred feet that was vaulted out under the shell with a large slab laying beside it, could fit a small dresser in open vaulted area, so there should be quite a bit buried nearby. Unfortunately my back is getting older setting up for these 10 day camping trips carrying coolers and generators , etc, and Im not sure if I will be able do much this trip. Carrying heavy things and walking with them always gets me the next day... Will see over next couple days...

If it were me and "if " I could do it , I'd get my shovel and charge up them MD er batteries and get out there hile I could efore its to late to do it !

Sandy, did they use turtles as one of the alignment rocks or did the turtles just look at a boulder that was used as one of the alignment rocks? Thanks

As I recall I don't think any of my alignment boulders were ever a turtle, at least not that were made by the original Catholics that set up the sites.

Thank you for your response, I will be back in that area on Monday and will have my sub-surface imaging equipment. have any suggestions on where to scan in conjunction with the heart and/or the turtles?

The mines are straight up the gut of the wash they put there. Right level at the base of it. Ill post a pic of if i can find it, I may have already on this this thread or my other one, it has a tombstone above on my pic. I would bet money on one being there on yours.

Right on, your input is very much appreciated! I would like to see that picture as well. If you have a ball park idea of the post number I'll go back and check it out. you got me excited to do some scanning! The dog and I have hiked that area quite extensively and there is quite a bit of "out of place" things spread in different areas here. Have seen several really old road cuts that have almost been reclaimed by nature, as well as man made ditches/trenches were the dirt that was removed and piled to one side; not far from the heart. Huge faces in the rock faces of a waterfall area. a massive white rock eye catcher on top of the mountain that you see as you are dropping down into the valley. More pictures are on the way!

And sandy1, i sincerely want to thank you for starting this thread as well as your continued support throughout. After a lot of research that was just making me run is circles, I finally feel that I am on the right track Your opening posts/summary have really opened my eyes and mind to begin understanding this stuff and gives me the confidence and want, to put my time into it. To me, time is the most valuable thing I have while i am here. Thank you, you ARE very much appreciated.

Good morning Sandy, so the cc spot isnt always part of a triangle or a cross, is this correct? And was the smiling turtle head with the humming bird on its eye brow part of a triangle or a cross? Thanks again

It is yet to be determined if the CC spot is always part of a triangle or a Cross it seems that in general they usually are a part of one or the other however it seems they (the Catholics) just knew where to go from the crisscross spot after finding it. The smiling turtle head was 4.5 feet from the Crisscross spot and the Hummingbird was pointing South telling you to turn South but not from the HB/Turtle Head but from the CC spot 4.5 feet away. As we all know (Hummingbirds in nature are known for their ability to change direction quickly)

Hi everyone. I have a very interesting new location—a Spanish settlement site. There is a stone there—you could call it a "shell" shape—bearing a cross; viewed from the front, there is an "R" on the left side and an "M" on the other. It faces north, and about five feet away lies a rock roughly ten feet in diameter; its rear (northern) side has an opening that looks like a lightning bolt, while the southern side features a diagonal cut that meets the ground. In that same area, there is a formation that looks to me like a small owl. Right next to it stands another stone with an artificial niche, and the piece removed from that niche is propped up against the stone. Viewing the scene from south to north, there is a tree on the left—not very large, but with amorphous knots; I mention this because that type of tree dominates the area, yet I haven't seen another one like it. In the center, there is a carved stone resembling a spearhead; it points toward the diagonal cut and the base of what I take to be the small owl. The area also features a "seat" shape, an acorn shape, and a huge turtle—about ten feet in diameter—as well as cacao trees. BART really likes the flat area in front of it. As usual, I’ll post photos later since I don't have them on my computer right now. Best regards, and thanks for your attention.

Didn't get to do much out camping, my back was toast from loading /unloading , and then still had to load back up, unload again . Camping is dangerous apparently when you get olde... besides a compressed lower back from carrying things, gash on forehead, burn on arm, fell once at night carrying a small flyrod case on a trail between camps, bruised my chest, knot on shin, hit top of head a few times....but successful trip with kids coming from different corners of US! other than that , here's a doorway in my town been up to a few times...it's a giant old crypt. There's a lot out there....just saying.....

They face the winter solstice sunrise , there's 2 more similar themes there along the adjacent canyons nearby but not pictured, plus one more older one a canyon or two to the right.....I've been up to almost all them on foot, they are on private property though. There's interesting things when you are in the general locations. Like more than interesting, obvious things put in place to mark them up close. The big images draw you in closer. There's more when you get there. Something to be aware of, especially on solstices/equinoxes to lead you to a site. Same goes for mines and vaults pretty much.

Damn! Sounds like the universe doesn't want you prying open those ancient treasure vaults.

I've had a couple pretty strange things happen... Once about 5 years ago, on what I would call a "bee" monument, I was going to go dig next to it where a rock chain from it looks like a stinger over the top. I looked up at it while I was hiking up the canyon to it, slipped and dropped to one knee, my knee hit a covered up pointed rock sticking up, kind of like a bee stinger, too bloody to go dig, I hiked back, I got a staff aureus infection from it about 13 days later, high fever, shakes, knee pain, (basically poisoned blood), went to doc and got a series of shots and some oral antibiotic, took several weeks to go away. Been kinda staying away from that particular spot..

Man, I wouldn't even THINK about that place again.

Probably just a crypt. I don't what to believe anymore, when it comes to these things.
I've been in the canyon since looking for a cache spot. No problems, but stay clear of that particular spot. Been on too many what I consider crypt sites, didn't know the difference many years ago, I have a better idea now. There's another on going thing I picked from somewhere when I was exploring all these spots been going on about 5-6 years running though, haha. Still trying to get rid of the thing.

Maybe there is some merit to the Jesuits possibly using the 6th and seventh book of Moses . The part where they banish or incant stuff on the treasure spots... Just more weird stuff. I would think a straight down cache though would be fine, as I know of a few dug in the area by some old timers. Most are gone and dead now.

I have a friend who's grandfather dug up a gold cache which he took it home, had some very weird things happen, and he actually went and put it back where he found it. The weird things stopped of course. But I like to think I would have came up with another solution.

I am more of the mind that the Jesuits even though they did try casting curses that it is more of the spirits that died on site that never got to leave for some reason and these spirits can control animals/critters when you get close to whatever they are protecting, however they can also break into our sound barrier from my personal experiences while digging. Like I have said before I am the Last person to believe in the supernatural but personal experiences are hard to refute to myself.

Yeah it can get pretty bizarre the more you do this stuff. I don't like to dwell on it much. But some circumstances I can't explain. And I have been more than shocked or scared a few times against my so called better judgement. It's more something to be aware of, than afraid of. I think. It shouldn't stop you from going to these places and trying to dig something up. I think what I have personally encountered is pretty rare. But again I've been all over a lot of these places, even leaving small 'offering" (some chocolate, a lit cigar, some flower seeds) that acknowledges their existence, so I'm probably attracting unwanted attention , if there is anything to attract. Might be a mistake on some places.

you do need to worry if the animals attack in order to stop you.
