I never have found any thing remotely close to one. Unless that is a preform Gator has. I'm feeling left out. What is yours made if JG? Slate?
I think its a guilford ax sorry gator haha never know though could be a preform

These are some awesome finds. I found a small shaft like yours made of black slate and always wondered what it was. Thanks for posting.
