Amazing 1 Hour Hunt in the SC Low-country! Coins and Confederate!

Had an hour to get out before heading back to the upstate after a deer hunting weekend in the low-country of SC...and boy! Am I glad I did. One of the best days in this field for such a short hunt!

Confederate Cast I, 1864 2 Cent Piece, 1867 Shield Nickel, 1903 Indian Head Cent

I wouldn't have been able to leave after finding all that in just one hour. Dark or snowing, I would have had to search longer. Grats and ...GET BACK OUT ON THAT SPOT!

Very nice hunt. I have found only one solid cast Infantry button and it is one of my favorites. How is Russ? Was he hunting the site too? I haven’t seen him post in quite a while. You guys finding the virgin British camp was one of the best posts I have seen here!
