Another Beautiful Day, Of Course I Went MD'ing!

I went out to one of my favorite old ghost towns in California. Tons of non-ferrous targets to dig, but no coins this time.
Even better, to me, than finding an old coin is to find a token with a history that can be researched.
With the day almost over and my back getting tired from all the digging...Bam, a token!

And, to make it even more fun, I found it right at the location site of the saloon at the ghost town I was hunting which is a long ways from Needles, CA.
There isn't much info online about John Quinn, or his Palace Saloon in Needles. I'll keep searching though (good fun!).
Not much else for keepers on this trip. Left it all on site.

Might be a shotgun bore brush pictured , minus it's bristles. And a prior use for one by the looks of the spent hull brass.

Unfortunately, that town has been hunted to death for years, although it looks like everybody was coinshooting and leaving all the shotgun head stamps for me

Liking the token, and it's in top self condition. Congrats

If the previous coin shooters left all those targets behind, they sucked at detecting.
Probably lots would be the same sounding and in the same ID range as coppers.
