Beautiful color on that, sir. Please treat us to some natural light portraits. There's abundant misinformation abroad on Caldwell.

located at 143 1/2 South avenue rochester New York from 1871-1872 , closed in 1872.
Bottle measures 8.5 inches tall and reads :
T.E. Caldwell on one side , rochester new york on the others as shown...."

Ha thanks. I had never heard of a beer hutch before, but I'm sure it's possible . I'm with you on the soda.

There are only a couple beer hutches known, I'd think more like 99.99999% chance it's a soda

Did many brewers also go into soda or vice versa? Just wondering if one company often produced both.

Bottlers frequently did both. Particularly in smaller cities.
