Antique Beaded Purse Help

This purse was recently acquired from an estate. It came with the two pieces separate, and I am not sure if they are meant to be together. I was hoping if someone could tell me what this is? and what it is worth? Thank you!

Hey Awesome, I found one just like it a few years ago. In 1910 it was worth $1.98
