Any of you like turnips?

Yeah robertk, polk salad was great and I miss that. Not something we would grow, but go out and and cut it in the spring in the wild. And remember, you got to double boil that, cause it can be poisonous. Well maybe not kill you, but I think it's related to nightshade, so you might get sick and have visions of aliens visiting earth, haha.

My dad was an awesome cook and he would slice turnips and soak them in vinegar to snack on.
