Morning y'all, I dug this last week at a early homesite and can't seem to come up with what it is. If you look close you can see some sort of two handled ( vase, trophy cup?) with flowers at the top. Thgt it was a fancy draw pull at first but the attachment hole is so small thread can barely go through it. For some reason I keep thinking it's got a (mourning feel) to me. Any ideas?

Kinda looks like a capitol F on back side bottom. The post with the hole makes me think it was pinned. How about top of a straight cane decoration?

I'm not seeing any kind of lettering. Cane thing is interesting.

The top to Avery small narrow container? Circa 1915-1949? Maybe it was a part of lipstick, or cigar/cigarette container?
This site is on the 1867 plat map and gone on the 1882 and from anything we've found I'd say they're spot on.

I personally think it is a horse related accoutrement, perhaps an older glass faced or enameled rosette or a blinder accoutrement. I know I have seen that stem type mount before, but I haven't had time to look through my files yet.
