Looks like my rechargeable battery pack for my DFX may have bit the dust.
I charged it yesterday (overnight charge) and it reads 9.7V, so I guess I would probably get no more than 1 hour out of that.
If I use the disposable battery pack, what are the best 'off the shelf' batteries I can SAFELY use for best performance and detecting length?
Just regular Duracell or lithium(?)...

It's the best money I've put in my system, including coils, ProPointer(a real close 2nd), rain covers, etc. If you hunt a lot, it's the best investment you can make.
