Re: Beginer's guide

a newbie resource area? Great Idea --- call it newbie FAQ"S maybe

Re: Beginer's guide

That'd be great--in fact, we could fill it with links to other posts on Tnet about the same questions...

How to get permission

How to clean this or that

What to take with me on a detecting trip

How to cut a plug

How to pinpoint with this or that machine

Why do signals disappear

Is MDing in Cemeteries OK?

and the list goes on...

and on...

and on.

Re: Beginer's guide

I think a F&Q resource guide for Newbies would be a terrific idea.

Re: Beginer's guide

When I first joined T-Net, I was reading every post and trying to absorb it all. Having all the "newbie" information in one spot would be a great thing.

Lets call it the Tnet Handbook...

Kinda old school...

Nick

We could also call it the "Beginers Guide" but with two N's.
