Bottle cap question

[SkyPirate]

Who is this on this screw cap?

What is it from booze?

Looks like a mad Col. Sanders.

Looks like Col. Sanders to me, too.

Colonel Sanders wore glasses.

So did Leon Trotsky ... but they all look the same.

You guys are hilarious, but I was thinking Col. Sanders as well. Or his evil twin, Mini Sanders

Glad to have the update!
It appears the folks guessing Col. Sanders had the Kentucky and Colonel part correct. I didn't realize that a "Kentucky Colonel" was a thing, beyond the KFC portrayal, so I found this interesting: Those Pre-Pro Whiskey Men!: The Kentucky Thompsons: Shrinking the Glenmore Colonel

Glenmore Kentucky Bourbon seems like a good possibility.....
