Love riddles/puzzles. In that first section with the names it could be:

arty kendy (we don't know how well this person could spell so this could may be an Arthur Kendy or Kennedy)
Frank Rolland (definitely Frank because in the next section you see it spelled with an "r")
Boss or possibly born? 3 6 1936
Frank Hubecher or Hubecheh

Is there such a word as Salonist? being back then there were Salons/Saloons
