got the pontoons bent up, only had the help from my son for a short time, so i got bent up what i could in that time
also guess my bender didnt have tight enough tollerences when bending a full length piece, so they werent bending a full 90 degrees, i also think i need to add a 6 inch or so wide piece the full width behind the bending angle as it looked like the sheet was lifting up when we would get to 90 degrees with the handles. i think the longer flat surface would hold it better. i also noticed the top bar would bend upward when i tightened up the wedge bolts, so i need to make an arch across the full width with a upright in the middle and flush at the ends
since they arent fully bent, ill just put the bulkheads in and pull them tight with pony clamps, then weld them up inside and out
really hate when it turns them sideways here
