I found a very small dump that is located on private land. I have permission to hunt it, but I doubt I could get permission for anyone else. Here is a recent find from a couple weeks ago. It's a A.B Co with an "X" and date code 29n. Apparently though the A.B. Co is very well known, this particular bottle is not very common (from the research I've done). Sorry bout the cell photo's, didn't feel like breaking out the big shooter.

Here is some info I received from a collector last week.

I have not seen that date code before, so the information is useful. It is pretty clear that the American Bottle Co. began using basemarks with its initials and a large X about 1928 and continued until 1930 or 1931. The plant was owned by the Owens Bottle Co. until the merger that created the Owens-Illinois Glass Co. in late 1929. Beginning in 1916, Owens dropped the ABCo logo. I have no idea why Owens revived it. It is possible -- with the merger in the wind -- that Owens considered retaining the two plants (Streator and Newark) or operating them under the old name. OI apparently considered the idea for a few years then absorbed the plants into to OI umbrella.
