Can Someone fix the cookie prompt please

Every time i try to log on here, after accepting the cookie prompt, it will not disappear, unless i refresh the page.

I think it is on your end, no one else has reported this issue and I also do not have that issue. Have you tried clearing cookies and rebooting?
