✅ SOLVED carnivore lower jaw

Found on the beach at my usual site... not a seal, sea lion, dog, wolf or cougar. The molars are wrong for these. Could this be a bear? If so, not a very big one. And what is going on with the color of the teeth? Not white or yellow, the enamel seems intact. Not fossilized, I can score it easily.
