Charging issue after V2 update

I installed the V2 update now the Nox won’t fully charge. Any ideas?

No problem here. I've charged it 3-4 times.

Clean the on both the control box and charging cable contacts with a soft cloth (with or without a bit of alcohol on the cloth). Then try to charge again.

Also do a full factory reset if you haven't done so since you updated.

When you clean the magnetic terminals try using masking tape. Mine get covered with iron from beach sane all the time.

Resolved after cleaning off grit on the back of the control unit! Thanks guys!
