I agree. I'll bet there are some nice old fireplaces and woodwork and a few other goodies in there
that could be brought to life. That would be a beautiful place if properly restored.

I'll also bet that there are some grand old coins and relics in the soil around the house. A real
shame to see it torn down. I wouldn't mind having the right to go in and get what is salvageable
before the ball hits it.

It is unfortunately in a rough part of town so I'm sure it's ruined inside. In it's day I imagine it was nice. Up on a hill overlooking town.
