chunk of silver ????

Not sure what I dug up , found it 10 inches down in the middle of a wide open soccer field. Quite heavy. Not magnetic.
Any suggestions?

Without a picture it will be hard to tell you. Are you in an area where Silver has been found before in it's raw form? These are all things we need to know.

It might be aluminum cans melted together, i found some two years ago. it passes the mag test . hope this helps. david

could possibly be strontium, perhaps molybedium
