the1821 Spanish silver 8 reale is a nice condition coin and a more than "even" trade fiscally speaking , but the 1861 "o" half even in rough shape holds a "special spot" in my heart --due to being born in New Orleans in 1961 * and being a civil war buff to boot. --the Spanish silver is nice do not get me wrong --I do like me Spanish silver but I know where to detect those at -- 1861 "o' halves are harder for me to find than Spanish silver is .

You can find lowball 1861-O half dollars on ebay relatively cheaply. I searched completed listings and a few were recently bought for about $20 delivered. They can be found for that price with a little patience.

One seated I would be calling 911 because my heart would of stopped, now finding 2 just say im my eulogy he died happy. Congrats.

Great looking pair of seated coins!

lol ray.dont worry bud if I see you hunched over with 2 seated in your hand,I will tell everyone you were very happy, when I was telling you that your coins would be in goods hands with me...lol
