I like this thread too. This inspired me to do a nickel box yesterday.. I am 10 rolls into the box and already have a super crusty barely regognizeable 1945-? war nickel.. any guesses for the remaining 40 rolls, CladSmoke?

I'm half way through, i did not count the pre 1960 but still just the 1945 as well as a 1978-s proof and a bahama nickel from 1975

I used to just say something like 3-Common Canadians, then I got tired of doing it and just shortened it. Lol

V Nickels - 4 for a ratio of 1:$5,017.50 searched

Buffaloes - 90 for a ratio of 1:$223.00 searched

War Nickels- 148 for ratio of 1:$135.61 searched

2009 Nicks - 100 for ratio of 1:$200.70 searched

Ounces of silver found: 8.33 for a current value of $187.36.

I would like to thank everyone for following this thread. I look forward to updating it again at the 300 box mark. HH.
