Today I met up with a couple friends, Leprechaun & Plymouthonian Money Case (1).webpMoney Case (2).webpMoney Case (3).webpMoney Case (4).webpMoney Case (5).webpMoney Case (8).webpMoney Case (9).webpMoney Case (11).webpMoney Case (12).webpMoney Case (14).webpMoney Case (17).webpMoney Case (19).webp. Been wanting to hit another site that was on my bucket list... Today it paid off bigtime... Walked straight down to the beach and bang... First item of the day was a Captain Midnight Badge.... Dates from 1941, and it's the first issue of the badge... I love this hobby.... walked a little further and a few coins and some brass in between...Then once again, bang a nice solid tone and pops out a beutiful brass Anchor belt buckle....If anyone can help ID this one it would be great... Maybe a date for it?...... Quite a bit of turn of the centry items... Love that time period... I also need some help on this next item, Looks to be some type of badge... Says Souviner N and / Emcamptment 1908 what a great day....2 pewter spoons... I found 8 compacs today? realy crazy...They were all in the mud... Now for the goody, also a compac, didn't open it till I got back home... I slowly worked the cover loose, and opened it slowly. Inside was 2 Walking Liberty Half dollars.... OMG..... I am on cloud nine.... wonder if it was placed there for a special reason....Thanks for looking and happy hunting... back at that spot again tomorrow....

That is a great haul of relics. And to find the coins inside the compact is wild. I dug on other other day it was heavy and full of white muds. Interesting finds live the naval belt buckle also..

That's a great assortment of finds, I haven't been so lucky w/ the compacs, I found one last Saturday, it was a foot deep, I opened it hoping there was a coin or two but to no avail! Maybe next time.

Great hunt! That is so cool that the compac still had coins in it!!!

Great score ! I'd be jacked if i found that compact filled with "Walkers" Argentium.

Just goes to show one never knows what will be in the next scoop/shovel/Lesche full of dirt BUT Two Bucks in silver in a compac, who'd a guessed!!!! Way to go Babe you are on a roll!..........63bkpkr

Killer hunt! I would like to know more about that buckle. I wish I lived close to some good mud larking action.
