Went out over the weekend, and found this around 9-10" deep.

Pulled it out and it was Solid Green.

I was able ot clean it up with just water and saw a design with a bird on it with reeds or cattails.

I figured it was a Hook on the wall or something, But if it were to be mounted that way. The design would be upside down.

So now Im doubting what i thought it was.

Any Ideas?

That is a thumb/finger lift used on the lower window sash of old windows to raise them up.

It was actually an Old Park, That I think used to be part of the orginal house of the areas dumpng ground. I know it was just a field up until 1916 when they converted it to a City Park.

A buddy of mine found a Jewlers Anvil there the same day....and a couple years ago, i found a Heart Heel Plate....so no telling what was going on back in the day.

thanks again for the Quick ID!!
