Dieselram I am laughing my arse off that is tooooo funny! We were flying in a helicopter over the beach one day and the crew chief ran up and handed the gunner a vase "what's this ashes some old retired wife wants you guys to sprinkle him over the beach". "Wilco". We take off head for the nude beach, the pilot says a few words, we are doing about 80 knots all doors are open the copilot pours the ashes out his side( back then we didn't have to fly with pilot doors) and all those ashes go swoosh right back inside and cover me and Glaser right in the face!!!!!! When we got back, we had to call the fire department to hose off the inside of the bird! it was the thought of it really a dead mans ashes. i stripped down to my skivvies and ran to a water hose by the hangar where me and Glaser washed off! The commander wasn't to thrilled the retiree ended up being washed down a drain on the Tarmac!!!!!!!! That wouldn't be the last time I used a hangar water hose to wash at least that time it was dry! Thanks for the humor my friend I might try that one....... Insert evil laughter.......

More of the things I participated in and was told not to do anymore - -
91. I am not authorized to initiate Jihad.
92. When asked to give a few words at a military ceremony “Romper Bomper Stomper Boo” is probably not appropriate.
93. Nerve gas is not funny.
94. Crucifixes do not ward off officers, and I should not test that.
95. I am not in need of a more suitable host body.
96. “Redneck Zombies” is not a military training aid.
97. Gozer does not dwell in my refrigerator.
98. The proper response to a chemical weapon attack is not “Tell my chain of command what I really think about them, and then poke holes in their masks.”
99. A smiley face is not used to mark a minefield.
100. Claymore mines are not filled with yummy candy, and it is wrong to tell new soldiers that they are.
101. I am not allowed to mount a bayonet on a crew-served weapon.
102. Rodents are not entitled to burial with full military honors, even if they are “casualties of war”.
103. My commander is not old enough to have fought in the civil war, and I should stop implying that he did.
104. Vodka, green food coloring, and a “Cool Mint” Listerine® bottle is not a good combination.
105. I am not allowed to bum cigarettes off of anyone under twelve.
106. I may not trade my rifle for any of the following: Cigarettes, booze, sexual favors, Kalishnikovs, Soviet Armored vehicles, small children, or bootleg CD’s.

Actual minefield in Afghanistan on main base

DR On your signature block, your second statement is absolutely hilarious and a true statement of fact!!!!!! NOT fiction. I like that. So much more I'd like to say about that, but I dont feel like getting censored.......hmm censored in a public domain, oh well nicely said, nicely read...........hehe. I was given my first gun at the age of 7 years old. I still have it. A M1 Carbine. My dad taught me very harshly how to handle a weapon, if I made mistakes I got slapped, or punched, or hit with the weapon. I got stories bout them days........he taught me well, but his "ways" were why I left home at 16 years old, was homeless until i turned 17 , graduated high school and enlisted in the Army back then.........to this day when I pick a weapon up, my finger automatically covers the trigger guard, its a reflex I was taught by getting slapped in the face with a pistol, you learn real quick, and you dont forget. I teach my boys with airsoft BB guns, and my methods are no where near Satans ways, but the boys learn safety and you can ask them "what would you do if you found a gun in the woods would you touch it?" In Unison "NO we would come get you". I believe in teaching safety at a young age. Nice avatar you have in your sig block..........ok time for homework..............2GF OUT

All is quiet on the Southern front........my emotional state for today......

Before becoming a member on T-Net and lurking, some one replied to a thread by asking how being in a wheelchair was relevent(yes misspelled) to metal detecting( or treasure hunting however he worded it). Being I use a chair to swing a detector I got mad and joined using relevent chair.;D
