I was walking up to the stump to kick it and see how loose it was.. I like to make lamps out of some.. Anyway as I was just about to kick it and I saw the lil dude.. Glad I didn't disturb him.....

Rich in Houston....That is one neat lamp...I can't screw in a screw with a screwdriver much less do anything like that..

That lamp is stunning! I've seen table lamps made from cypress knees, but never one like the one in the picture. Beautiful details...I love the beauty of wood.

Thanks, just a old piece of ceder I kicked out of the ground. Pressure washed it, Sanded for a long time, Drilled out the hole and gave it about four coats of varnish..
