I seen one place asking $59.00 another $39.00 for the outer shell I am guessing that is what you need.

Sorry that happened to your control screen Gary. Great that GM found out a solution.
Best of luck on the repair.

Easy to replace as well, and while you have it open put a fresh battery in

I got this reeply from the Deus repair center yesterday. James said if I open the Deus Controller they will NEVER be able to work on it under warranty or even out of warranty !!!

Gary,

You would be able to get that replaced, but we would have to do that repair for you. Opening up the control box would void any warranty, and our technician would no longer be able to work on it, even after warranty.

That being said, it's about $178 to do that swap, so just let us know if you want to do that.

I hope that helps!

Jim

That's a typical warranty warning for any expensive electronic device. Never stopped me from buying the part and doing it myself for very little out of pocket expenses.

I've replace two iPhone screens myself and didn't think twice about voiding the warranty. Same would apply for my Deus or Nokta.

Pay to play.

But Relicgrubber They would NEVER work on that deus again if a problem occurred
