Decent day of dredging last month in Alabama...

...on Wesabulga Creek. With the frequent rains I was tired of the constant struggle in the swift current, so I decided to move my dredge to an open pit which had been excavated three summers earlier. The gold shown here is from about 7 hours of dredging...not to bad for us boys here in Alabama.

awesome! this is a fantastic example, that people can get outdoors , live a little and bring something home. thanks for sharing your trip, i get just as excited about someone else finding gold ,as i do when i find it. very cool man!

Hey Kevin, the weight came in at 5.4 grams.

Amazing day, congrats! That's almost 5x my best ever. Does getting that much at once take the challenge out of it? Just kidding! Great job!!
