Found this today cant decide if it’s use wear of rat teeth marks on it. Would make an awl or even a funnel.

Typically thats Either Wood Rats, or Squirrels after the Minerals in the Bone... Usually happens pretty quickly with Shed Antlers too.
 
Squirrels and rats love that kind of stuff.
