Don’t know if I should even be discussing this but I got a Vertex Adroit. It’s basically a clone of the Ajax Alpha with a couple other features but at half the price. Wind is a big problem with a swinging antenna around here. I posted about it on Carl’s forum.

Also Geo Ground detectors has something new coming out. They said something like new technology.

dowser, It can be Nickel but more spilled over broader area Nickel deposits. Plus it might be situation based.
But I have told you maybe before, Nickel just serves to reinforce the gold streak/ source presence. But depending on what and how bulky other Gray-color compatible elements are in contact with the Au- accompanying Nickel deposits, the Gold signal may be very slightly weaker. I think so at least.
But gold concentrated mass is not able to communicate to another concentrated gold pure mass, unless they are connected by soil and minerals containing " totally different " elements.

Well that stuff i said, probably true from the point of view of examining a short stripe of land WITH A HANDELD apparatus of some sort.
Not necessarily true ( my view ) when scanning with the DIGHEM helicopters that grasp every section, cross section, depth etc and do it quickly and do on....
I just know Gold when we have a mass of it underground say 300 grams, can Be CONTAINED and its Streamlining properties can be " Downsized " , " De-Horse-powered " by other materials buried around them. Or when these materials bulky, even next to gold! Can steal away from its " Streamlining " Impetus
