Well folks here they are. Display cases made out of solid oak and 200 year old historical tavern nails $150.00 plus shipping and handling .Offering 3 different back grounds, brass screen (featured), copper, or bronze wave. All boxes are hand built custom by me and feature lighted top, 2 glass shelves, glass door, and a small drawer signed by myself and Wade Deep Productions. Many other options available such as plain, stain tint, and decorative hardware such as pulls and knobs. I will take orders slowly due to time it takes to make one. No two boxes are alike and historical nails from this tavern will run out. Copsey's tavern sat close to one of the first forts built back in late 1700s in site, on the famous trail General Braddock and George Washington blazed before Braddock was killed. I have put alot of time and heart into this project and into each one I build, I didnt want a boring display case. Some of you won't understand the awesomeness of these and thats ok, for those that do ...talk to me. Looks well-built.....and heavy. What's the appx weight?

Btw, that's not an ad for you selling them here, is it? Not sure that's allowed for non-Charter Members.

I didn't know if I have posted something of wrong or against rule nature, can a moderator comment on this? If in fact it isnt allowed I have no problem deleting it. I have them posted in other forums, Facebook, and craigslist aswell. It was me sharing about the nails I dug, the bringing a twist to the whole display case saga in offering one up that isnt your boring shadow wall box with some class and love for this hobby /sport. I mean no wrong .

I'm not sure if the rule applies only to the sale of metal detectors, or to selling anything in general.

Personally, I read it as though you were showing how you used the nails you had found - not as an advertisement. However, I'm not a mod. If nobody says anything, leave it as it is. After all, it's not in the For Sale section.

Again, nice cabinets.
