Are the two gold pins related to the Dick Tracy pin? The center of each pin rotates. No markings on back.

very cool finds! I found one not too long ago and did a little reading about it. They used to give the badges out to kids kinda like a community service thing.

I have the Dick Tracey pin. Found it in a heating duct in a house I was working in. Owner said I could keep it.
