Beach & Shallow Water Hunting
Had to drive my son to work at 7:00 AM Easter Sunday so decided to stay up and do some hunting. I hit a tot lot first and got the ring on the first signal! It's a twirly center with dolphins swimming. Not silver but I count it as a ring. Second target was a George Washington Dollar (rang up a 91 on my Fisher F4)...this is my 10th since last summer.

At the beach I got another 91 signal and out pops a HUGE (to me) coin. I slip it in my pocket and I'm thinking..SWEET.. a dollar coin.. a Kennedy dollar. Hmm musta been a senior moment...Kennedy is HALF. I took it out of my pocket and I swear it shrank to a half dollar. Picked up a few pocket drops amounting top about $2 clad.

Too early for home so I decided to try my "special" place. First target was a wheat: 1955 D..checked carefully and doesn't seem double die..does it? Half hour later I pull out a Japanese 10 yen circa 1950...and last but not least..sitting on the surface another wheat. 1938 S. (I LOVE wheats!)

Got home before 10:00 AM.

HH Joe
